Gary Hambleton has been making beautiful pottery since 1974 when he commenced his career with Courtland’s. In 2010 he became the resident artist at Commonage Pottery. He specialises in high-temperature reduction firings (cone 11) with copper reds, Chun Ware and Jun glazes.

Japneet Keith is a potter and trainer with nature being at the heart of her pottery designs. She worked as a resident artist during one of her initial visits to Commonage Pottery in 2015. From there on she continued to work for six months every year until 2018. She officially joined the team permanently in 2019.  

Mark Warren has been creating delicious wines at Happs since 2003. He is an accomplished wine jugde and lecturer and has made wine for many acclaimed wineries. When Mark isn't busy looking after our extensive range of wines he somehow finds time to make his own wine under the Marq label. He even manages to sneak in the odd fishing trip.

Todd studied winemaking and viticulture at Curtin University in Margaret River. After graduating in 2016 he travelled to California and broadened his experience while working for Scribe Winery and Viader Vineyards. Lucky for us the surf and relaxed Margaret River enticed him back to the Margaret River Region and he joined the Happs team in 2023.

Andy has been looking after the Three Hills Vineyard in Karridale along with his wife Eline since 2009. They live on the property with their children who are frequently involved with looking after the vines. Andy is also a creative artist in sculpture.

Bill has been an integral part of the Happs' team since 2003. When he's not tending to the vines he also manages our in-house bottling line. Outside of work he can be found, cycling or hiking in the great outdoors.
