Vintage conditions	A slightly warmer than usual vintage with a very dry spring and harvest starting a week early.	Colour Nose Palate	Deep red with a purple hue. Displays plum skin, dark fruit, cherry ripe, violet, cedar, and dark chocolate, with notes of eucolypt and coffee. Has rich, sweet fruit and incredible density; with flavours of plum, black jubes, ribena and choc mint. It is a tight elegant wine with a fine chalky tannin structure yet is still juicy and fleshy with long flavour and a raspberry aftertaste. A personal favourite that makes me wonder why there is not more Malbec made?

During a recent cycling tour, we stopped for a tasting and had the most amazing wine tasting experience. Aside from such a vast selection of
beautiful wines, the service was impecable. We learned more about how to tell if a wine was corked and the areas of the palette you should be able to
taste the different varieties in the hour we were there then in the 20 odd years of winery tours and tastings combined.rnThe Malbec was truly a
delight, rich, full flavoured and so smooth. I had previously only had Malbec in a red blend so was pleasantly suprised. Lucky for us they ship
Australia wide, because the pannier bags weren't going to carry nearly enough bottles.

Just arrived in Margaret River from Sydney for a short break, wanted a local red for our first night here, I chose Three Hills Malbec and it was so
smooth and full of wonderful flavors, what a great introduction to Margaret River. rnI am a long time fan of Happs PF Red which sells out so fast at
our local bottle shop, it's great to find another quality red that I am not allergic to, thanks Happs.

I absolutely love this wine! Malbec is my favorite variety and its often hard to find it; the three hills Malbec is stunning, beautiful red berry and
plum flavours. Well done again Happs!!
