Prior to the 2004 vintage this wine was called
Anne Coralie.
A generous quaff of sweet juicy fruit reminiscent of freshly squeezed semillon grape juice.
Background: Anne-Coralie Fleury is a young French winemaker who spent the 2000 vintage working at Happs.
She had the true French joie de vie which was infectious, making meal times lots of fun. Erl admired Anne-Coralie's palate for wine. They spent a lot of time discussing flavours and wine making procedures. Anne-Coralie was very impressed with the quality of our Semillon and thought that it would make an exceptional sweet wine. Erl agreed and here we have it.
