Having never had port before, I tried Pale Gold and loved it but made the mistake of buying only one bottle... Fast forward 3 yrs later and I was
planning another visit to the Margaret River region and my brain was fixated on finding the delicious port again... After an hr searching the net (I
could remember the gold and Lord of the Rings reference) I found the place and upon my return I was not disappointed!! By far my favourite drink...

I have bought Pale Gold from the cellar door each year and I am excited to be heading down again soon to stock up with more. Yum. It goes down a treat

If they gave gold medals to wineries for the wine they produced then Happs would definately be a constant winner with their Pale Gold. I recently had
family and friends come for a short holiday in Queensland and on their last day we had a fresh seafood long lunch which included oysters, done three
ways, mud crabs, prawns and a huge snapper. On a summers day in Queensland, by the water, there is nothing better, so as an accompaniement, I
pre-chilled several bottles of Pale Gold with freshly sliced limes, oranges and lemons. Most people just drink Pale Gold with lime however I have
found that any citrus fruit squeezed and squashed with lots of ice brings out different flavours in the wine. To say that their holiday ended on a
'high' would be an understatement, as they not only took with them great memories but also every detail that I could supply on Pale Gold, Happs and
the rest of their exceptional wines.

Wow, where to start??? Happs Pale Gold 2009 is such a devine drink. I recently celebrated my Birthday with a few of my girlfriends and a couple of
bottles of Happs Pale Gold 2009. There was not a dry mouth in the room after everyone had sipped on a sweet drink served with crushed ice and a twist
of lime. Many who were not familiar with its smooth, refreshing flavour were pleasantly surprised. They later had me digging through my handbag just
to find the contact information for the winery. My Birthday Party for 2011 will now be a special date for alot of my friends as having been their
first (and definatley not their last!)wonderful experience with Happs Pale Gold 2009 - DELICIOUS! Thanks a bunch Happs!
